What you are buying

Table pricing is a minimum spend, not a cover charge: what you pay is consumed at your table in food and drinks. It includes entry for everyone on the booking. Tips are not included.

We assign a table within the zone you chose. If your group does not fit on one table in that zone, we hold the tables required and charge them in full; you see that before you pay.

Pricing

Prices include VAT and the 5% service charge. The breakdown appears in the summary before payment.

Cancellations & refunds

Hours are counted against the opening time of the night you booked:

• More than 48 hours before: 100% of the product price is refunded.
• 24 to 48 hours before: 50% is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
• No-show: no refund; the table is released at cutoff time.

The service charge is never refunded: it covers payment processing and has already been incurred. Refunds go back to the same payment method and may take as long as your bank requires.

Date changes

You may move your booking to another night at the same price. If the new night costs differently, we treat it as a cancellation —at the percentage that applies for the timing— plus a new purchase. Message us on WhatsApp with your reference.

Entry

One QR code covers your whole group: you may arrive together or separately with the same code. Extra guests beyond your booking may be charged at the door when the product is sold per person.

Entry is subject to house rules and capacity. 18+ with official ID. We reserve admission rights as allowed by law.
