What we store

• Your name, to assign your booking and find you at the door.
• Your email, to send your ticket with the access code.
• Your phone, if you provide it, to notify you about a change.
• Purchase details: night, zone, guests, and amount.

What we do NOT store

Your card number never reaches our servers or is stored anywhere. The payment form only transmits the card brand and last four digits; the processor handles the charge.

We do not store your IP address. To prevent unpaid holds from filling inventory we count holds by origin using an irreversible fingerprint, never the raw address.

Why we use it

Only to run your booking end to end: issue your ticket, recognize you at entry, collect any balance, and resolve a dispute if needed. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Retention

Purchase records are kept while tax or accounting obligations require. Contact details are kept while you want tickets by email.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection by writing to reservas@munnightclub.com. If you ask to delete data while a booking is active, we explain what happens to that booking first.
